Ellie's Week
It was a marvelous week getting to know Ellie better with her favorite things and her mom's letter. She came to us at the end of November, and it is as if she has always been here! Coming from a new school can be really hard, but I am amazed at how she has picked up right where she left off at her previous school. She is a hard worker, and a treasure to teach and watch learn and grow. Lots of pictures for this week!

Kenneth's Week
Kenneth is a shining star in our classroom. He is a great writer, reader, and illustrator! He gets along with anyone in our class. He brought in a very interesting Survival Manual that tied right in with the book we have been reading these past few weeks, Hatchet. He is always so prepared and it shows during presentations and his writing. He recently competed for Spears in the Writing UIL competition, and was awarded for it during our March Huddle.

Blake's Week
Blake has the most coveted job of my classroom- the remote control. His job is to turn it on and off when I ask him to, and sometimes I ask him to do it more than 5 times per day! (Gotta conserve energy right?) And Blake has not once complained about it. Blake is quite the family man, always talking about whats going on with his sisters. Gotta love a brother who loves his sisters! He has been a great part of our classroom this year. Its been a great week!
